All of our charcuterie boards use a mix of local and imported products, including: Pickles' Pantry Pâté and terrine, house made chutney or jam, vegetarian spreads, local and imported cured meats, local and imported cheeses, marinated olives and pickles and finally, house made baguette (served unsliced) and locally made crackers! All of the contents on our boards are GLUTEN FREE. If you wish to add gluten free crackers to your order please select from the modification menu. If you would like a vegetarian option, please look at our grazing board options. 2 Person Box - feeds a couple, this option is served in a 10x10 disposable box. Small - feeds up to 10 adults as an appy, served on an 18x12 inch wooden tray. Large - feeds up to 15 adults as an appy, served on a 21x14 inch wooden tray. XL - feeds 20-30 adults - this tray is large (26x18 inches), please ensure you have room to transport and store. All wooden trays are included in the price of your small, large or XL boards and can be returned for a cash refund - care instructions are included.

We prepare and cook almost all ingredients for our sandwich selection in house, from the sauces to the smoking of the meat to the bread. Built using a selection of bars and cakes that we carry daily (cheesecake, peanut butter bars, brownies, travel cakes, carrot cake and cookies etc), portioned into single serving bites and displayed on a wooden board that can be returned for a cash refund after use. Greens, a complex carbohydrate, protein, fresh veggies, cheese, nuts or seeds and a house made dressing. This is a generous bowl of goodness and easily serves up to 10. Please enquire about current available options as they change weekly. This option is served in a catering bowl that is disposable.

Made from a carbohydrate, protein, fresh veggies, nuts/seeds, and house made dressings our power salads are a great option for a work meeting, lunch at a winery or for sharing with friends. We change our salad menu regularly so please enquire about the current salad option, and please specify any dietary requirements in the comments section when you place your order. These salads come in kraft / disposable salad bowls which do not need to be returned to Hank's. Price is per bowl.

One disposable carafe of coffee will feed up to 8 guests and features our daily blend of Peaks Coffee (locally roasted and sold in the Cowichan Valley for 15 years!). This is served in a disposable carafe and will keep your beverage hot for 2-3 hours. Please select from the modifier groups if you wish to add sugar, milk, or alternative milk (cups are provided for 10).

This option includes one disposable carafe of peaks coffee, hot water for a selection of Davis Bay Tea (including decaf) as well as milk, sugar, stir stix, napkins and disposable cups. Will service 8-10 people. The tea and the accompaniments are provided in a wooden box that can each be returned for a deposit refund that is included in the price.
