Freshly made in house daily, Hank's will make and bake a wide selection of artisan sourdough breads, pastries and plenty of options for those with a sweet tooth!

Roasted and provided by Hank's Co-owner and boss lady at Peaks Coffee, Dana Meiner.
Provisions
"Provisions"... yummy treats to fill your weekend adventures, meals at home or a gathering with friends (think cheeses, charcuterie made by Pickles' Pantry, and plenty of options for those looking for a quick on the go sandwich or roman style pizza).
Our Team
Our team is comprised of three unique and talented owners, 2 chefs with over 50 combined years of culinary experience, 2 business owners of well established Cowichan Valley businesses, all of us parents to busy kids... and we can't wait to meet YOU!
Our Brands.
All three owners of Hank's are currently owner operators of two successful independent brands.
Dana Meiner has owned and operated Peaks Coffee for 15 years, roasted in small batches right here in the Cowichan Valley. You can find her amazing coffee at retailers up and down Vancouver Island.
Louise Pickles owns and operates Pickles' Pantry Ltd, with the help of her husband Aaron Walsh. With a focus on traditional French cooking techniques, Pickles' Pantry is comprised of a line of pâté and terrines that can be found at grocery stores, boutique retailers and butcher shops across the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island.
Both Louise and Dana can be found every Saturday, rain or shine at the Duncan Farmers Market in downtown Duncan, where they met and the idea for Hank's was born!
