Made in house fresh daily, fillings will vary - please give us a call to find out what this week's muffins are. This is a box of 6.

Sweet or savory? How about 3 sweet and 3 savory scones in one box? Our fillings and flavors change weekly, give us a call to find out what this weeks scones are.

4 knots per box, varieties/fillings change seasonally but include flavors like cinnamon or cardamom orange.

Breakfast with style with freshly made croissants, sliced smoked ham, aged white cheddar cheese, fruit, jam and whipped butter. Feeds 6. This price includes a $10 deposit fee for the board, this is refundable if you wish to return your board after use (please wipe the board clean, do not submerge in water). It is recommended that this item be consumed on the day it is picked up to ensure you enjoy our croissants at their best!

All of our charcuterie boards use a mix of local and imported products, including:
Pickles' Pantry Pâté and terrine, house made chutney or jam, vegetarian spreads, local and imported cured meats, local and imported cheeses, marinated olives and pickles and finally, house made baguette (served unsliced) and locally made crackers!
All of our charcuterie boards are prepared on a wooden tray, the price includes a $10 deposit for the tray, if you would like to return
it please wipe it clean and bring it back to Hank's for a $10 cash refund.
All of the contents on our boards are GLUTEN FREE. If you wish to add gluten free crackers to your order please select from the modification menu. If you would like a vegetarian option, please look at our grazing board options.
2 Person Box - feeds a couple, this option is served in a disposable box.
Small - feeds up to 10 adults as an appy.
Large - feeds up to 15 adults as an appy.
XL - feeds 20-30 adults - this tray is large (26x18 inches), please ensure you have room to transport and store.

These boards are perfect for pre dinner nibbles, vegetarian groups, or any entertaining.
Each option is served on a wooden tray (except the 2 person box) which in included in the price and can be returned for a $10 cash deposit return. Please wipe clean and do not submerge in water.
Each board contains vegan cashew based spreads, local and imported cheeses, olives, pickles, chutney or jam, mustard, and fruits. They are all served with our house made baguette (unsliced) and crackers. Please select from the modification menu if you wish to order additional gluten free crackers.
Size options:
2 Person Box - feeds 2 adults or up to 4 as a light appy.
Small - feeds up to 10 adults
Large - feeds up to 15 adults
XL - feeds 20-30 adults - this board is Large (26x 18 inches), please ensure you have room to transport and store.

Made from a selection of our daily sandwiches, including two meat and cheese combos as well as a vegetarian option. We prepare and cook almost all ingredients for our sandwich selection in house, from the sauces to the smoking of the meat to the bread. If you require a specific option or type of sandwich please give us a call before placing your order.

Platter - 10 sandwiches (these are generous sandwiches, cut in half) served on a wooden platter. The price of the platter is included in this option and can be returned for a cash refund.

Greens, a complex carbohydrate, protein, fresh veggies, cheese, nuts or seeds and a house made dressing.
Please enquire about current available options as they change weekly. This option is served in a catering bowl that is NOT included in the price, and will need to be returned to Hank's after your event.

Made from a carbohydrate, protein, fresh veggies, nuts/seeds, and house made dressings our power salads are a great option for a work meeting, lunch at a winery or for sharing with friends. We change our salad menu regularly so please enquire about the current salad option, and please specify any dietary requirements in the comments section when you place your order. These salads come in kraft / disposable salad bowls which do not need to be returned to Hank's. Price is per bowl.

One carafe of coffee will feed up to 8 guests and features our daily blend of Peaks Coffee (locally roasted and sold in the Cowichan Valley for 15 years!). Includes cups, milk and sugar, but if you don't need them let us know!!!

This option includes one carafe of peaks coffee, a selection of Davis Bay Tea (including decaf) as well as milk, sugar and disposable cups. Will service 8-10 people.

A selection of carbonated canned beverages to go with your lunch? This item includes 6 canned beverages including Philips Sodas, Carbonated Water, and Carbonated Fruit Juices. Please let us know if you have any specific requests.
